Availability: For best availability we recommend
that orders be placed as early as possible.
Availability of plants is subject to crop failure or crop
shortages due to circumstances beyond our control.
Payments: All orders must be prepaid
before we ship.
We accept checks and money orders by mail and credits
cards and eChecks via PayPal.

Shipping - Contiguous 48 State: Plant
orders are shipped from May - September via USPS Proirity
Mail depending on crop conditions. Seeds and books are
shipped year round via USPS Regular Mail. Shipping charge
for orders placed using the online shopping cart is currently
$9 per order. For all other orders shipping charges will
appear on the order form.
Shipping - All other locations: Please
call or e-mail us for
a shipping quote.
Damaged Shipments: In the event of
significant damage to the plants, we must be notified
within 24 hours of arrival.
Guarantee: We guarantee all plants
to be healthy and true to name when shipped. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase, please notify
us immediately. Any claims, other than damaged shipments,
must be made within 5 days of receipt of the order. Liability
is limited to the cost of the plants and actual shipping
cost incurred. All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking
fee.
